Yala Peak offers stunning views of Mount Shishapangma if the weather is clear.
Yala Peak climbing is suitable for all sorts off climbers as climbing is easy, especially for those having a previous experience on trekking. Starting at Syabrubesi, the climbers hike up to the beautiful valley of Langtang and then to Kyanijnn Gompa. This takes about 5 day. The group spends 3 days at this beautiful place taking day hikes for acclimatization. A base camp is established here at 4800 meters. On the fourth day after reaching the Gompa, the group starts its ascent to the peak.
The last 400 meters to the top is rather difficult as it requires treading on ice using ice axes and crampons.
